THE FRANCES L. HALL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION
Dr. Mumford founded the Frances L. Hall Charitable Foundation in 2002 in honor of his mother Frances Hall, a lifelong community humanitarian. Frances (affectionately known as “Frank” by many) died at the age of 56 in July 2000. The Frances L. Hall Charitable Foundation was established to help carry on her humanitarian legacy. The Foundation was established to support nonprofit organizations that focus on youth and family programs, education, health issues, and community service. It assists those in need by providing food for the hungry and clothes for the needy. The foundation also provides scholarships to high school students. In some cases, the foundation assists families with energy needs.
